Refund Policy

At TSC Stores we value your business and want to make sure you have an Incredible Customer Experience. If you purchase an item from TSC Stores, you will have 60 days from the day you purchase one of our products to return it to the store.

Unless defective, products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Defective products will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty or Extended Warranty purchased at time of sale.

No Receipt
In the case of a return where no original sales receipt is available TSC Stores may, at its discretion, issue a Gift Card by a way of credit for the product. If issued, the Gift Card will be for the value of the last sale price on the product in question. TSC Stores reserves the right to refuse a refund in circumstances where no receipt is present.

Price Guarantee
If, up to two weeks (14 days) after you have purchased a product from TSC Stores, we offer that product at a lower price we will credit you the difference in the form of a Gift Card. This specifically excludes Clearance or Screamin’ Deals merchandise.

Method of Payment
All refunded payments with an original receipt will be issued back to the original form of tender the purchase was made with the following conditions:

Cash
All refunds under $100 will be issued as cash. Over $100 a cheque will be mailed directly to you from the TSC Stores Corporate Offices.
Debit
Refunds will be issued to the same debit card the purchase was made on.
Cheque
If the purchase was made less than 15 days before the date of return a cheque will be mailed directly to you from TSC Stores Corporate Offices once the 15 day waiting period has expired. If the purchase was made more than 15 days before the date of return cash will be issued under $100 and over $100, a cheque will be mailed directly to you from TSC Stores Corporate Offices.
Credit Card
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was made on.
TSC Stores
Corporate Accounts
Refunds will be issued to the same Corporate Account the purchase was made on.

Exclusions
Where Manufacturer’s Warranty or Government Regulations apply, some exclusions to this policy may exist.

This includes, but is not limited to, gas powered equipment, motorized equipment, mechanical equipment, some clothing and feeds. See your local TSC Stores Store for details.

Online Order Ship to Store
If you purchase an item from TSC Stores via the Online Order Ship to Store program, you will have 60 days from the day you pick up the item in store and pay for it in full to return it to the store. All of the Refund Policy conditions above apply to items purchased through TSC’s Online Order Ship to Store program.

How do I cancel my eCommerce order?
If your order was purchased in store, please return to the same Pick Up Store and your order will be cancelled with a full refund.
If your order was placed from home, please call eCommerce Admin at 1-844-726-9511. They will cancel your order and facilitate the refund.
