Refund Policy

At TSC Stores we value your business and want to make sure you have an Incredible Customer Experience. If you purchase an item from TSC Stores, you purchase an item from TSC Stores you will have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it to the store.


Unless defective, products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Defective products will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty or Extended Warranty purchased at time of sale.


TSC Stores reserves the right to deny refunds on any merchandise. If your refund is denied you will be given a phone number to call for additional information on the denial.


TSC Stores uses Verify® to help authorize returns. For more information on Verify® please see https://www.theretailequation.com/Consumers/ReturnAuthorization.


No Receipt

In the case of a return where you do not have an original receipt, TSC requires Valid Photo ID. Using the Verify system we collect your identification number and issuing Province from your ID. This data is immediately hashed and converted into a substitute number which is stored in the Verify database. This data is used for authorizing returns. TSC reserves the right to refuse a refund in circumstances where no receipt is present.


TSC may, at its discretion, issue a credit by way of a gift card for the product. If a gift card is issued, the gift card will be for the value of the last sale price on the product in question.


Types of Valid Photo ID include: Canadian Driver's License; Aboriginal Status Card; Passport; Foreign Driver's License or US State ID may be used.


Price Guarantee

If, up to two weeks (14 days) after you have purchased a product from TSC, we offer that product at a lower price and you have an original receipt, we will credit you the difference in the form of a Gift Card. Name and address will be required to process the guarantee. This specifically excludes Clearance Merchandise.


Method of Payment

All refunded payments with an original receipt will be issued back to the original form of tender the purchase was originally made on with the following conditions:


Cash
All refunds under $100 will be issued as cash. Over $100 a cheque will be mailed directly to you from TSC Stores Corporate Office.
Debit
Refunds will be issued to the same debit card the purchase was made on.
Cheque
If the purchase was made less than 15 days before the date of return a cheque will be mailed directly to you from TSC Stores Corporate Offices once the 15 day waiting period has expired. If the purchase was made more than 15 days before the date of return cash will be issued under $100 and over $100, a cheque will mailed directly to you from TSC Corporate Offices.
Credit Card
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was made on.

Exclusions

Where Manufacturer’s Warranty or Government Regulations apply, some exclusions to this policy may exist.


This includes, but is not limited to, gas powered equipment, motorized equipment, mechanical equipment, some clothing and feeds.


Online Order Ship to Store

If you purchase an item from TSC Stores via the Online Order Ship to Store program, you will have 60 days from the day you pick up the item in store and pay for it in full to return it to the store. All of the Refund Policy conditions above apply to items purchased through TSC’s Online Order Ship to Store program.


How do I cancel my eCommerce order?

If your order was purchased in store, please return to the same Pick Up Store and your order will be cancelled with a full refund. If your order was placed from home, please call eCommerce Admin at 1-844-726-9511. They will cancel your order and facilitate the refund.
